Speed Painting
For those of you unfamiliar with speed painting; it basically consists of recording oneself while drawing (usually in Photoshop) then creating a time-lapsed video of it with music. Though, this is a loose definition, as there hasn’t been a clear line drawn as to what does and doesn’t qualify as a speed painting. (See Comments.)
Regardless, in the case of these, the end result is pretty incredible.
Here are the some of the coolest/best ones I’ve come across.

The next one is the most amazing one I’ve seen to date. It’s done in Microsoft Paint.

great videos indeed.
however, as far as i know, speed painting doesn’t necessarily involve recording your artistic process – it’s more like a technique and an approach. see:

You know, I kept seeing both definitions when I was looking into these. As far as I can tell, all the videos I looked at where time lapsed; so, I went with the time lapsed video description.
